What do the abbreviations under servers mean?
Generally, they represent network service providers. Or certain streaming sites the server can be used to watch. For example: Netflix: the server can be used to watch Netflix. Disney+: the server can be used to watch Disney+.
Why can't I change my IP address when I connect the server?
Please select a protocol in the client and connect to a VPN server to switch your IP address. Make sure you are connected to the server successfully.
What's the meaning of the server group?
The server list is mainly grouped according to the location of the server. In order to meet users' needs, we also set some other server groups. Smart Connect: The best server will be recommended to you by clicking the button. Favorites: This group is below Smart connect. Streaming: Servers in this group can help you unlock the streaming videos.
Why isn't Netflix working after connecting to servers?
You can select the global mode option in the app, and disable it and reconnect to servers. Make sure you're connected to a server tagged with Netflix support.
Can I watch the Disney+ videos with AnyDoor VPN?

The server is connected, but I cannot open Google, Youtube, why?
It may be caused by several factors. 1) AnyDoor VPN may be blocked by anti-virus software. If you have installed anti-virus software, please close it or add AnyDoor VPN to its white list to have a try. 2) Please close other proxy software or browser plugin. Since the system only allows one proxy to run, if you have turned on other proxy software or browser plugin, it will affect AnyDoor VPN.
When I connect to AnyDoor VPN for Android, the network disconnects every few minutes, how can I fix it?
The default setting of your phone system may be the cause of this problem. Adjust your phone's battery optimization settings to allow AnyDoor VPN to run in the background. For Huawei: Go to Settings, tap "Battery", choose AnyDoor VPN, and do not allow the system to optimize its battery. For Xiaomi: Go to Settings, tap "Manage apps", choose AnyDoor VPN, then tap "Battery Saver", Select "No Restrictions" option.
Can't connect to the internet while VPN is connected on Mac
1. If you installed AnyDoor VPN in the temp folder, please drag it into the Application and try again. 2. Please switch to Safari to have a try. If it works properly on the Safari browser, it might be caused by the proxy plug-ins or Adblock plugins on other browsers. Please find the plug-ins and close them, then try again.
When I install Windows version, Windows Defender always prompts the file containing a virus?

What can I do if I forgot the password?
